Cancelled on me last minute then never showed up 2nd time.
I had my house built in 2008. Franklin electric did all the wiring and lighting. Beside doing a clean and very nice job, Lilco had them move the service to the other side of the house due to Lilco's error. The owner took the cost on the chin and completed the job. I also, used the company where I was employed and they did a great job. I highly recommend them.
clean, respectful, intelligent electricians work here. their work is one of the better electricians i have had. i had to try them because my old electrician went out of business. i was not let down one bit.
When I engaged BFE to do some work, I was promised more than was delivered. Replacing a ceiling light fixture - OK, replacing an old outside fixture - OK / replacing a bathroom exhaust fan - nightmare! I was told he would even install a larger fan than I had...sounds great. What he did was to pull out a Nutone QT300 (300 cfm's) and replace it with a Broan 70 cfm fan! Not only did he not give me a larger fan, but gave me the smallest one on the shelf (or maybe it was a leftover because I cannot use a heater which came with the carton). The worst was he left a 3/4 to 1" gap on two sides and told me to just put some spackle on it. After the fact when I called and told him how upset I was at what he did, he came to 'fix it'. He patched the opening with a piece of CARDBOARD and spackled over it. Only two coats - he never came back as promised on Monday, Oct. 19 to finish it. BEWARE of this shoddy workmanship. And, of course, he only wanted to be paid in cash. Shame on you!
